Hydro Jetting for Blocked Septic and Sewer Lines
Pumping empties the tank. It does not touch the pipe running to it, and a line packed with grease, roots or years of buildup will keep backing up into the house no matter how empty the tank is.
Hydro jetting puts high-pressure water down the line and scours the pipe wall back to something close to its original diameter. Unlike a cable machine, which punches a hole through a blockage, jetting removes the material that caused it.
When jetting is the right call
If a line clogs again within weeks of being cleared, the blockage was never really removed. That is the clearest sign the pipe needs jetting rather than another pass with a snake.
Restaurant and commercial kitchen lines are the other common case. Grease coats the pipe as it cools, the opening narrows a little every month, and by the time it backs up there is very little pipe left to work with.
What we check first
Jetting a pipe that is already broken can make a bad situation worse, so we look at what we are dealing with before we start. If the line is collapsed or offset rather than blocked, the fix is a repair, and we will say so.
6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday. Closed Sunday.

Common questions
What people ask about hydro jetting
Will hydro jetting damage my pipes?
Not a sound pipe. We check the condition of the line first, because a pipe that is already cracked or collapsed needs repair rather than pressure.
How is jetting different from snaking?
A snake makes an opening through a blockage. Jetting washes the blockage out and cleans the pipe wall, so it stays clear much longer.
Do you jet commercial kitchen lines?
Yes. Restaurant lines are some of our most common jetting work, usually alongside grease trap service.
